StowMaster proudly stands behind the products we sell. If you’re unhappy with any item you receive, for any reason, we will gladly refund your entire purchase price. Just mail the item to us within 30 days of your order’s arrival.

Our Warranty

StowMaster will repair or replace any portion of the landing net that has been found to be defective under normal usage. This does not include the net bag, which has a 30-day replacement guarantee. This warranty is void if there is evidence that the landing net has been mistreated or modified in any way. The warranty registration card must be completed and mailed to StowMaster for the warranty to take effect.

The warranty is non-transferable. After 30 days of ownership, the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to and from the StowMaster facility in Lake Mills, Iowa. The owner must contact StowMaster at 1-800-520-5910 or via email at info@stowmaster.net to receive an authorization for return.
